Launching into the 2025 NTFA Season

NTFA Kicks Off 2025 Season with Exciting Season Launch Event

The Northern Tasmanian Football Association officially kicked off the 2025 season with a successful season launch event last Friday. Held in Launceston, the event brought together club representatives, players, officials, and supporters to celebrate the start of another highly anticipated year of local football.

The evening featured speeches from key NTFA figures, including President, Peter Gutwein who kicked off the evening. The NTFA also held a Q&A session with some Coaches and a President of the competition including Liz Webber (President, Campbell Town FC), Emma Groves (Coach, North Launceston FC Senior Women), Brett Gillow (Coach, South Launceston FC Senior Women), Fletcher Seymour (Coach, Old Scotch FC Senior Men) & Halle Pearce (Coach, Hillwood FC Senior Women).

Attendees also had the opportunity to network and engage with representatives from all NTFA clubs highlighting the community impact that the association has on Northern Tasmania.

With the season now officially launched, all eyes turn to the opening round,ere teams will battle it out for an early-season advantage. Stay tuned for updates, match previews, and all the latest NTFA action as we embark on another fantastic year of football.
